Return policy

The return is requested within 72 hours of purchase. Units must remain intact, with the lace uncut, unworn, and in the original packaging. We gladly exchange products if the fault lies with us. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost for exchanges. Refunds are considered only in extreme circumstances, such as receiving the wrong length, color, or texture.


Cancellations Policy:

Cancellations are accepted until the end of the same day the order is placed (11:59 PM EST). We appreciate your understanding, as cancellations can be inconvenient.
Custom Units Guidelines:

When ordering custom units:

Accurate head measurements are crucial, and we are not liable for inaccuracies. Ensure braids are flat and small for precise measurements.

Shipping Policy:

Be aware:

Ready-to-ship units take 2 to 4 business days to be shipped. Preordered units may take up to 14-21 business days. Ready-to-wear units are delivered within 3-4 business days. Make sure the delivery address is accurate; we won’t be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


Additional Shipping Note:

We ship via Deutsche Post for deliveries within Germany.
DHL and FedEx are utilized for international deliveries.
